As part of our phased migration from the legacy platform to the new network fabric, we will apply routing changes in the datacenter for a targeted group of customers. This is a planned operation to ensure long-term performance improvements and enhanced reliability. Affected Customers Only a subset of customers on the legacy fabric. Most affected customers have received direct notification via their designated technical contact. If you have not been contacted, your services are not part of this change window. Customer Impact Service Interruption: A brief 5–15 second drop in traffic is expected while we reroute connections to the new fabric. Automatic Recovery: Services will resume automatically - no customer action is required. Notifications Active technical contacts for affected customers have been notified through their preferred communication channel.
